When using Credit Cards, please be sure to omit spaces between numbers. Most credit cards accepted, Visa/MasterCard (or debit cards carrying these logos) are preferred.

Using Special Discount Codes?

A refund will be given once order is processed. Discounts are applied to total order cost before shipping fees are applied. Refunds are credited back to payment source only, and typically happen within the same day. In the unlikely event your refund is not processed within 48 hours, please contact for information and/or manual processing.

Yes, we DO combine shipping!

Whenever possible, shipments are combined to save you money! Any overages are returned as a refund once the order is combined into a differently sized box and ships. If you would rather an estimate be given before purchasing, please leave a message at, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Change your mind AFTER the order has been finalized?

Contact our office ASAP so we can cancel the order and/or refund your money BEFORE sending the shipment out! Once items have shipped, it is impossible to recoup shipping fees. 860-201-5948


Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, and only accepted if returned in the same condition as originally sent. A full refund of item cost PLUS applied tax, and will be credited back to payment source only. If item has been purchased using cash or check, The Gifted Pony, LLC will return funds via check, or if preferred, via Paypal. Please note, The Gifted Pony, LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs or fees incurred through using Paypal to receive refunds. Refunds given for returned items will be sent only once items have been delivered back to our location.


Items purchased through The Gifted Pony, LLC are sold in brand new condition unless otherwise stated, and able to withstand normal use. Should an item break or malfunction, we’d like to know about it! Please contact our office within 30 days of purchase for refund, replacement, or other acceptable solution.

Shipping Damages

Any damage incurred during transit is the responsibility of the shipping agency (U.S.P.S., UPS, or FedEx.) Photos of the damaged items should be taken BEFORE opening the shipping container, as well as after. Please contact our offices immediately for information and support.
